Returns Policy


This Returns Policy (together with our Website Terms of Use sets out the basis on which you may return to us any Products supplied to you by us.

Our returns policy is compliant with the Consumer Contracts Act 2013, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1.1 Products supplied by VeriSmart Heating Ltd (“us”) are supplied with standard warranties of 2 years for the Product’s electronic components and 10 years for the body of the Product’s radiator unit. These are the warranties for each of our Products, unless different warranties are provided to you directly by us or by the product manufacturer. It is your responsibility to review the warranties supplied with your Product.


2.1 You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days. Any Product you are not satisfied with must be returned within a further 14 days of the cancellation of the contract. Unless otherwise agreed you will be responsible for shipping costs, or alternatively our courier costs. Where we organize a courier, we will confirm the precise costs prior to collecting any Products and we will only do so if you agree to pay the costs. We cannot specify a set time slot for collection.

2.2 Where the goods are faulty, you must notify us within 30 days of purchase and we will bear the delivery costs of returning the faulty goods, these must be agreed in advance.

2.3 To exercise the right to cancel see clause 14 of our terms and conditions.

2.4 Provided you have canceled your contract within the 14 day cancellation period, we will accept the return of any goods that have been fitted/ and or used. However you will be liable for any diminished value when the product is returned, and we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by your handling/and or use of them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
